Similarly to the Secret Cheese Facility, and also constructed with HTech, the Secret Bee Facility was responsible for secretly producing bee products, along with several unrelated duties added after the fact using onsite infrastructure. It was additionally responsible for the Garden Self-Replication Initiative. It consisted of four key subfacilities:
